where money and involvement were non-issues,
I would include these things:
an organized shed with solar panels and water collection
organized tools available for everyone to use, but kept secure so they won't be stolen
pergola (grapes?!)
art
well researched, planned, organized beds and growing structures
guardians/tour guides
food
flowers
irrigation
living fence (bamboo?)
parties
bocce
